Privacy policy
This policy explains how CA Vending Solutions ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit californiavendingsolutions.com or ask us about vending service.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you request a machine: your name, job title, business name, work email, phone number (if you provide it), city, type of location and its size. If you report a problem with a machine: the details you enter, your name and your email. If you request a product: the details you enter, your name and your email. If you send a privacy request, your name, email and the details of your request.
- Information collected automatically. When you send a form: your IP address, the approximate location that address points to (such as city, region and ZIP code, not your exact location), and your device and browser type. If you arrive from one of our ads, the ad click ID and campaign tags in the link.
- Cookies and similar technology. We use the Google tag to measure how well our Google Ads perform. It may set cookies and collect information about your visit and your interaction with our ads. To count visits and see which pages are popular, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or track you across other sites.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and decide whether your location is a fit for a machine.
- To contact you about vending service you asked about.
- To measure and improve our advertising and our website.
- To look into machine problems and refund requests, and to protect the site and our machines against spam, fraud and abuse.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business:
- Cloudflare delivers and protects this website, including the security check on our forms (Cloudflare Turnstile) that blocks spam bots, and simple visit counts (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
- Google provides advertising measurement and email delivery. When you submit a request, our Google tag may send Google a hashed (scrambled) copy of your email address and phone number. Google uses it to match the request to an ad click ("enhanced conversions").
Using Google's ad measurement may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out as described below.
How long we keep it
We keep request details while we're discussing or providing service, and generally no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your choices and California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have about you, and get a copy.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information.
- Not be treated differently for using these rights.
Opting out: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we automatically don't load the Google tag. You can also limit ad personalization in your Google account settings, or send us an opt-out request using the form below.
We'll verify your request by matching it to the information we already have, and reply by email, usually within 10 business days.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the effective date above.
